The project involves replacing an old prefabricated house with a new low-energy residential house in Ljubljana. The new house is built as a solid reinforced concrete and brick structure with three floors: basement, ground floor, and upper floor. It is designed in passive standard, consuming 14 kWh/(m2a) of energy for heating, provided by a heat pump and underfloor heating system. A central ventilation system is also installed. The project received non-refundable financial support from the Statal Eco Fund. The real-estate development, planning, and construction Pack (Design&Build), ensured precise coordination, faster implementation, and lower construction costs throughout the whole project.
