The new owner, the pharmaceutical company Medis, has renovated and transformed the old Nektar production warehouse, built in the 1980s, located between Brnčičeva Street and Štajerska Street in Ljubljana, into a new company headquarters. The project includes the reconstruction, extension, and addition of the existing building, with the arrangement of office spaces, conference rooms, and auxiliary office spaces, as well as the demolition and construction of a high-rack warehouse for medicines, with a smaller production area.
