The project for new construction and legalization encompasses the design of a covered riding arena with auxiliary facilities and stables for individual horse breeding, with 16 boxes, including all infrastructure for outdoor riding, trails, and additional areas such as parking lots, pastures, and lagoons. The programmatic design of the facility is entirely dedicated to the breeding and raising of horses and their training for various equestrian activities, such as dressage riding and carriage driving. The facility is planned as an extension of the Marina Equestrian Center program, which includes several agricultural buildings and is part of a larger estate in the settlement of Koče, on the edge of the Kočevje Forest.
