The Koles Factory is located in the LIK II Industrial Zone in Kočevje. The industrial facility is designed for wood processing activities of the Kočevje Wood Industry. The project encompasses strategic and spatial planning and real estate design, placement of several industrial facilities into the area, as well as detailed building design of the main facility dedicated to the production of glued wooden beams (BSH, KVH), which is programmatically adapted to the entire wood processing process and includes drying, storage, production, and shipping of products. The larger part of the facility consists of a production area with a technological line, while the smaller part includes office space, dryers, and a silo for extracting wood dust.
