The new house is built as a solid reinforced concrete and brick structure with three floors: basement, ground floor, and upper floor. It is designed in passive standard, consuming 14 kWh\/(m2a) of energy for heating, provided by a heat pump and underfloor heating system. A central ventilation system is also installed. The project received non-refundable financial support from the Statal Eco Fund.
